Bid opening
Bids are due by Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 5 PM, when they will be opened. This prevailing wage project requires contractors to follow California DIR regulations, including registration and certified payroll reporting. Sealed bids must be submitted to 14972 Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95949 by the deadline; late bids will not be accepted.

ABOUT
Greystar Construction Services, on behalf of the city of Marina, is inviting bids for the Abrams Park Sub Panel upgrade. This project encompasses Abrams Park, which includes 66 buildings spread across six streets, comprising a total of 196 apartment homes arranged in 6, 4, and 2-plex configurations located on Carpenter Court, Clark Court, Ingman Court, Harvey Court, Jordan Court, and Wilson Court.
Please note that this is a State Prevailing Wage Project.

Contractors are responsible for regularly the site for responses to RFIs and for updating their bids according to any in scope. RFIs will be posted and addressed here within two working days, and will be accepted up to four working days before the bid opening.
